Internship Program

The Inception Intern Program is a 13 week (150 hour) program aimed at developing aspiring strength and conditioning coaches at the various stages of their careers.  The program will contain both educational and practical elements with the opportunity to learn from multiple coaches with diverse and knowledgeable backgrounds.  Topics that will be covered include but are not limited to basic physiology, biomechanics, nutritional strategies, sport psychology, program design, exercise technique, mobility methods, and research interpenetration.  Interns will have the opportunity to obtain coaching experience in multiple training environments.  In addition there will be a focus on career development so the participant is ready to take the next step in their career upon completion of the program.
