Owner of Inception Sports Performance, Coach RJ Cobbs brings constant daily enthusiasm and vast knowledge of athletic training on and off the clock. A Morris County native and Parsippany Hills graduate, Coach RJ was a standout player in football and basketball earning himself a full ride scholarship to the University of Massachusetts Amherst. While at Amherst, Coach RJ played football and earned Rookie of the Year of the Nation, ECAC Rookie of the Year, and All Conference Rookie of the Year. Former NFL Giant and having over ten years of athletic training and coaching experience, Coach RJ knows what it takes in order to separate an ordinary athlete into an elite athlete. Sticking to his beliefs of hard work, dedication, patience, and work ethic, Coach RJ believes that all athletes have a chance to make their dreams reality.
